I’m the founder of Chatflow Studio, where I work at the intersection of websites, digital marketing, AI and customer experience. I created The Aesthetics Growth System after noticing something that gets overlooked in business: getting someone’s attention is only the beginning. What happens after they discover you can be the difference between a potential customer disappearing and becoming a client. This book brings that entire journey together into one practical system — from the first impression to the booking, and from the first booking to the next one. The goal is simple: less theory, more things you can actually use.
