Hi Sis, Like many women, I'm still growing, healing, and figuring things out one season at a time. Years ago, my aunt told me that each stage of life brings new lessons and new versions of ourselves. The older I've become, the more I've realized she was right. Every season has introduced me to a different version of myself—the little girl who needed healing, the woman searching for purpose, and the woman God is still shaping today. I wrote this book not as someone who has all the answers, but as a woman who has experienced burnout, carried heavy burdens, and learned that healing begins when we stop surviving and start listening to our minds, bodies, and spirits. I'm a wife, mom, educator, and lifelong learner. Most importantly, I'm a woman learning that rest, healing, and faith are necessities. My hope is that you'll see pieces of your story in mine and discover what I've learned: We are not lazy, not broken, and we are worthy of healing. With love, Shantell Wilson
