Teresia Njoki is a writer based in Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nairobi and has built a career spanning virtual assistance, customer support, hospitality, and healthcare adjacent roles, work that has given her a sharp eye for the quiet, human details that make a story feel real. Fluent in English, Kikuyu, and Swahili, she is drawn to stories that cross borders, between languages, between worlds, and between the people who inhabit them.
Outside of writing, Teresia runs a grassroots community initiative supporting vulnerable girls with sanitary products and health education, work rooted in the same belief that shapes her fiction: that people carrying quiet burdens deserve grace, and that courage often looks like choosing, finally, to set something down.
The Cartographer's Heart is her first foray into high fantasy romance, a story about inherited gifts, unfinished grief, and the strength it takes to give something completely.
